COMPLAINTS ON CAPPING OF ESTIMATED BILLS
PLEASE READ THIS COMPLETELY BEFORE LODGING YOUR COMPLAINT!
This window of complaint is ONLY for
a) unmetered customers who are in R2 (Residential) or C1 (commercial) tariff category AND
b) who were billed above the NERC stipulated capped energy by their DisCos after Feb 2020 i.e. for the month of March 2020 and beyond.
- First, please refer to the NERC Orders on Capping of Estimated Bills (Download) to know the energy cap (kWh) for your DisCo, Business unit and Tariff class
- Please note that your complaint must be related to the billing period for March 2020 and beyond AND not for any complaint that is not related to the Order on Capping of Estimated Billing.
- If the energy (kWh) you are billed is higher than what is indicated in the Order for your DisCo, Business unit and Tariff class, THEN report to the Commission by Clicking Here to fill out a complaints form and attach a copy of the bill (Please write your Telephone No. on the Bill Before Uploading).
